Our individual therapy practice is influenced by the belief that safe and meaningful relationships are essential to our overall health, and this includes the therapeutic relationship. Using the therapeutic relationship as a place to start we will we will meet you where you are, work together to create a secure and trusting alliance and then collaborate with you to figure out how we can best help.
