bareWell Employment

bareWell is a group therapy practice located in downtown San Diego. We are proud to work with a diverse client population with an emphasis on the military population and their dependents. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy services. bareWell is also San Diego’s exclusive provider of Mental Health Services for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Behavioral Health. Hall of Fame Behavioral Health aims to provide comprehensive mental, behavioral, and substance abuse solutions to athletes, their families, and people all over the nation who are struggling with mental health issues.

    85,000 - 95,000

    Required Education

Master's or Doctorate

Required License or Certification

Current State of California license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPCC

Requirements of Job

  • Willing to work a minimum of 27 clinical hours (full time) per week.

  • A flexible schedule is important

  • Hours will include 1-2 evenings per week, weekends available if desired 

  • Perform clinical services to patients as scheduled

  • Complete documentation within 48 hours

  • Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to client sessions.

  • Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics

  • Attendance at monthly team meetings and CEU trainings

  • Participate in lively Group Consultation and Team Meetings

  • Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.)

  • Timely and accurate completion of written records for each patient

  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and with a high level of organization

  • Team player, willing to collaborate with bareWell team

  • Contribute to your own and others growth and development within bareWell

  • Critical thinking and attention to detail with strong time management ability

  • Patience — getting paneled with insurance is a timeline outside of our control
